]]>Noah’s NBA career began in 2007, where he was a first-round pick for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA Draft of that year. He represented Chicago until 2016 when he signed for the New York Knicks. In 2018, he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, becoming a free agent after just a single season at the franchise.
Noah was named as an NBA All-Star on two occasions (2013 and 2014) while becoming the second-ever Chicago Bulls player to be named as the NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2014. In 2015, Noah was awarded the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award for outstanding service to the community.
Throughout his NBA career, this imposing center holds career averages of 8.8 points, 2.8 assists, and 9.1 rebounds in 667 appearances. While the Clippers have the likes of Ivica Zubac, Montrezl Harrel, and JaMychal Green in the center position, Noah will surely provide the Clippers with much-needed depth as they deal with a packed schedule for the remainder of the season courtesy of the COVID lockdown.

]]>After securing a buyout from the New York Knicks late in 2018, Noah spent the better part of the previous season with Memphis Grizzlies. He ended up playing 42 games and contributed 7.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists coming from the bench.
Noah, who had two All-Star appearances as a member of the Chicago Bulls, was previously close to joining Clippers’ cross-town rivals Los Angeles Lakers. And while the Lakers ultimately decided to go with Dwight Howard instead, Noah might be destined to play in Staples Center after all.
While LA Clippers are one of the league’s deepest teams, they could still tweak their rotation with a center. Clippers currently only have Montrezl Harrell and Ivica Zubac as options on this position, so adding another quality player would certainly help them in their hunt for NBA title next season. With his extensive playoff experience, Noah certainly seems like a perfect solution.
