]]>The two Lille standouts reportedly left France to travel to Napoli on Monday in order to begin contract negotiations with the Italian club.
Rumors have stated that if contract negotiations go forward, Lille has accepted a sum figure of $112 million for transfer of the two players, paying $77 million for Osimhen and $35 million for Gabriel.
Osimhen would be the crown jewel of the deal, a 21-year-old Nigeria international striker who scored 18 goals across all competitions for the Champions League side in the 2019-20 season.
Gabriel, a Brazilian center-back who is only 22 years old, established himself as an undisputed starter and a key piece for Lille this season, who finished fourth in the French top flight this year.
The two players would be expected to play a key role for Napoli’s push for Champions League football, a Serie A title, and a Europa League title in the 2019-20 season along with players such as Lorenzo Insigne and Kalidou Koulibaly.
If the Italian club can provide their two new young potential additions with a sufficiently attractive contract, it appears that they will be on their way to Napoli sooner rather than later.

]]>Sanches has been considered a major disappointment for Bayern. He was signed for a fee of $35 million from Benfica, a price that has risen up to $80 million through different bonuses. He made only 35 caps and scored just one goal in all competitions, and it was against his former team Benfica in the Champions League.
Sanches joined the Premier League team Swansea City on a season-long loan on August 31st of 2017, making only 12 appearances before he was sent back to Bayern. Niko Kovac, the new Bayern coach decided to give Renato one last chance at Bayern and he became Bayern’s best player in September 2018. At the start of the new 2018-19 season, Sanches replaced Tomas Muller on opening day against Hertha but at the post-game interview, Renato stated that he wants to leave in order to play more regularly.
Renato is expected to be promoted as Lille’s new player in the next 48 hours.
