The Warriors’ run of dominance in the NBA’s Western Conference continued on Monday after the five-time reigning champs of the West swept the Portland Trail Blazers in four games to advance to the NBA Finals.

Despite playing without injured superstar Kevin Durant, the Warriors were able to win four consecutive games to advance to play in the finals yet again.

Golden State finished the job with a 119-117 overtime win at the Moda Center In Portland on Monday.

Despite having swept the series, Golden State actually spent more time trailing Portland in the series than they did with a lead. Their resilience and big performances from Steph Curry and Klay Thompson gave them the edge, though, as they were able to pull off a clean series sweep.

Curry turned in a masterful performance on Monday, scoring 37 points in the Dubs’ Game 4 win.

The point guard finished with 13 rebounds and 11 assists too, and he wasn’t even the only Warrior to finish with a double-double.

Draymond Green hit a crucial, game-clinching three-pointer at the end of overtime in an 18 point, 14 rebounds, and 11 assist game.

It was no Durant, no problem for the Warriors, who will now wait to see if they will face the Milwaukee Bucks or the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals.

The Bucks currently hold a 2-1 series lead.
