In a recent interview with BeIN Sports France Mourinho revealed that he already turned down “three or four offers” but aims to have a team by June.

“It’s been two and a half months since I’ve been without coaching and I’m already preparing for my next challenge,” – said Mourinho. “I know exactly what I don’t want, that is why I’ve turned down three or four offers. I know what I want, not the name of the club, but the type of work and the workload. I want to coach a team starting in June, in time for preseason.”

Talking about his preferred destination, Mourinho said that he won’t be too picky about his next club, but that he wants to be in a place where he can win.

“It doesn’t matter where I go, I want to go to a place where I can still win,” – he added. “What sense does it make to have a philosophy of the game without a winning mentality? My best title will be the one I win next.”

Jose Mourinho has been linked with several teams in the recent months, including his former teams Benfica, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan. Real, however, decided to bring back Zinedine Zidane while Benfica and Inter Milan are expected to ride out the season with their current coaches.
