Green Bay Packers’ star quarterback Aaron Rodgers is losing offensive weapons left and right this season. But he always manages to find new ones.

Despite not having his two main receivers, Pro Bowler Davante Adams and emerging wideout Allen Lazard, Rodgers managed to lead Green Bay to a 30-16 win over Atlanta Falcons and lift his team to a 4-0 start for the first time since 2015.

This time around, Rodgers’ main weapon was unknown tight end Robert Tonyan, who managed to catch six passes for 98 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Jamal Williams followed with eight receptions for 95 yards while Aaron Jones while five other players also made at least one catch.

“I just had to continue to do what I’ve been doing, just keep playing well and stick to the game plan,” said Tonyan after the game. “Like I’ve said before, when plays come to me, I’ve got to make them. Aaron had a nice little look in his eye tonight, so I just was trying to roll with that.”

Aaron Rodgers finished the game by completing 27 of 33 passes and throwing for 327 yards and four touchdowns.

“I like where we’re at,” said Rodgers. “I really do. I like the diversity in our approach. Again (coach) Matt (LaFleur) was a really good kind of mixing it up with the calls. Obviously, we had to do some different things without Davante, without Allen, and without Marcedes, but I thought we had a nice plan, and we executed really well.”

Rodgers completed 70.5 percent of his passes this season, and had 1,214 yards and 13 TDs without a single interception. Packers, on the other hand, have now scored 30+ points in each of the first four games of the season for the first time in franchise history.
