Internazionale’s terms were accepted by Antonio Conte and now he will take the steering wheel and be their new manager from this summer.
The ex-manager of Juventus made a pause after 2018 when he left the British team, Chelsea. Now, he will probably agree to a three- or four-year contract and is going to take the place of former manager Luciano Spalletti.
More than a few teams from Europe were interested In Conte’s services including teams like Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain but Antonio Conte’s wishes were to come back to Italian Football and take the task of getting Inter back in the fight for the title.
Also, there is a connection between Antonio Conte and the CEO of Inter, Beppe Marotta. The two have worked very closely in Juventus between 2011 and 2014, winning titles in the Serie A.
The manager had left Chelsea in the 2017–2018 season being the winner of the league and FA cup. During his second season at Stamford Bridge, he was constantly in conflict with the club’s management because of their transfer policies.
