In what may end up being the most impactful and consequential move of the NFL offseason, one of the NFL’s top wide receivers is on the move.

The Cleveland Browns have acquired All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in a stunning trade with the New York Giants.

Beckham, who has been one of the NFL’s biggest stars since entering the league in 2014, joins a franchise on the rise that’s looking to do big things.

The Browns gave up a first-round draft pick, a third-round pick, and safety Jabril Peppers in exchange for Beckham.

Beckham signed a five-year, $95 million dollar contract extension with the Giants before the beginning of last season.

His list of accolades is impressive, having been named to the Pro Bowl three times and having won the NFL Rookie of the Year award in 2014.

Despite only playing in 12 games last season, Beckham caught 77 passes for 1,052 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Now, he’ll join an offensive attack led by quarterback Baker Mayfield and wide receiver Jarvis Landry that looks to be one of the strongest in the league.

The Cleveland Browns are a rejuvenated franchise now, and they look to be on the move to cement their position as one of the NFL’s top teams after years of irrelevance.
