The Cincinnati Bengals were able to cut ties with Carlos Dunlap, who has not been happy with the team this season.

The disgruntled pass rusher is going to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for a seventh-round pick and offensive lineman B.J. Finney.

Dunlap has spent over a decade with the Bengals but has been problematic this year. He recently got into an argument with defense coordinator Lou Anarumo and made it clear that he didn’t want to be in Cincinnati any longer by posting on social media that he was trying to sell his home in the area.

Cincinnati needs help on the offensive line to help protect their young franchise quarterback Joe Burrow, who was the first overall pick in last year’s draft. Finney was signed by the Seahawks to a two-year, $8 million deal, but has not seen any playing time this season.

Even though Seattle is currently one of the best teams in the NFL, their pass rush has not looked good. They only have nine sacks on the season and haven’t been able to fill the hole left by Jadeveon Clowney, who left Seattle to sign with the Tennessee Titans this year.

They are hoping that Dunlap, who has tallied at least 7.5 sacks in each of the last seven seasons, will be able to produce some much-needed pressure for the Seattle defense.
