Despite playing its inaugural season in MSL, Inter Miami FC is already an attractive project for numerous soccer stars from Europe. One of them is Colombian striker Radamel Falcao, who even openly admitted his desire to play for the club in the next couple of years.

Falcao is currently playing for Turkish side Galatasaray, being under contract with the club until 2022. In a recent chat with motivational speaker Daniel Habif, the 34-year-old striker said that his next move after that is suiting up for Miami.

“I have two more years left on my contract with Galatasaray and I want to play with Inter Miami because there are a lot of Colombians there, and it reminds me of my country,” Falcao told Habif.

Falcao also talked about his retirement plans, saying that he would like to remain involved in soccer but not as a manager.

“I wouldn’t want to become a manager but I would like to prepare so I can become a sporting director,” he added. “If not I would consider becoming a player agent because with my experience, I can help the young players with their career.”

Radamel Falcao has had an illustrious career in Europe, suiting up for Porto, Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, and Monaco, among other clubs. He arrived at Galatasaray ahead of the 2019/20 season, inking a three-year deal with the club.

Falcao played 22 games since coming to Turkey, scoring 11 goals in 20 games.
