It appears that Juventus’ superstar forward Cristiano Ronaldo will stay in Italy for at least one more season. In a recent social media post, Ronaldo announced that he wants to go for his third Seria A title in 2020/21.

Ronaldo arrived to Juve from Real Madrid two years ago, putting up some impressive numbers and helping the club to continue their domination in Italy. However, there were rumors that the 35-year-old player is ready for a new challenge and wants to move on. Also, according to reports, his relationship with manager Maurizio Sarri isn’t the best.

But, if we are to believe his recent Instagram post, Ronaldo won’t leave Turin just yet.

“Happy to win the last two of the nine consecutive Serie A titles for Juventus!,” Ronaldo wrote while posting a photo of Juve celebrating the title. “It seems easy but it isn’t! Year after year with talent, dedication and hard work you can achieve your goals and be better than before! Let’s go for my third.”

Cristiano Ronaldo had an impressive season with Juventus, scoring 31 goals in Seria A and becoming just the third club’s player to eclipse the 30 goals mark in history. Ronaldo scored 35 times in all competitions while adding seven assists.

Ronaldo can still add to his tally, as Juve is set to play in UEFA Champions League later this month. Italian giants will resume the European campaign in the round-of-16 rematch against Lyon. The French club won the first game 1-0.
