The Ivory Coast International Wilfried Zaha made it clear earlier this spring that he wanted to leave his current team Crystal Palace. During the summer, several offers were made, but now just weeks before the start of Premier League, it seems that Zaha might stay part of his team despite his wishes.

The British Premier League club Everton offered Crystal Palace a deal of $64.3 million plus add-ons for the Ivory Coast International which they reportedly turned down. Before this, Crystal Palace declined a $49.5 million offer that came from the English club Arsenal, which also showed serious interest in Zaha. Apparently, Palace is not even considering selling the player now, as they managed to sell Wan-Bissaka to Manchester United for a fee of $61.8 million and do not need additional finances at the moment. Some media are reporting that the new stance on the selling of Zaha comes because the management fears that they will not be able to find a replacement for the player.

The 26-year-old player has played in 3 different clubs so far – Crystal Palace, Manchester United, and Cardiff City, where he was on loan.
