AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho is the only coach in soccer to have at least one trophy from three different European club competitions. And he will now carry that achievement for the rest of his life in the form of a tattoo on his right upper arm.

The tattoo shows Champions League, Europa League, and Europa Conference League trophies, all of which Mourinho won. Each trophy also contains the colors of the club Mourinho won the trophies with.

The Champions League trophy has white and blue for Porto and black and blue for Inter Milan. The Europa League trophy has white and blue for Porto and red and white for Manchester United, while and Europa Conference League trophy, the latest on his resume, has Roma yellow and Roma red.

“The joy of the Roman people led me to do it,” said Mourinho about the tattoo. “Then I thought about something special, something that would honour all the clubs where I won European competitions. At the same time, I wanted a unique tattoo, one that, so far, I am the only one who can have it.”

Mourinho took over AS Roma ahead of the 2021-22 campaign after a struggling stint with Tottenham Hotspur. The 59-year-old finished sixth in Seria A but managed to lead them to win in the inaugural Europa Conference League. It was the club’s first trophy since Coppa Italia in 2007–08 and only the second trophy from European competitions after the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup win in 1960–61.
