Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe remains undecided on whether or not he will remain at the Ligue 1 club once his contract lapses at the end of the season. While the 2018 World Cup winner has long been linked with a transfer to Real Madrid, reports have since emerged claiming that he is open to a move to the Premier League.

Sources have claimed that the 26-year-old player has been a longtime admirer of Liverpool and the club manager Jurgen Klopp. Still, a move to Anfield could prove difficult to complete given that the club is unlikely to be able to afford his current wage package of around €650,000 per week.

While Mbappe may need to take a pay cut in order to make a move to Liverpool happen, he could receive a major signing bonus because of joining the club as a free agent. Any potential move is also expected to be influenced by Mohammed Salah, who was poached by the Saudi Pro League last summer.
