The Las Vegas Raiders will be without slot receiver Hunter Renfrow and linebacker Denzel Perryman for their third match of the season against the Tennessee Titans in Nashville on Sunday. This sees the Raiders’ roster further depleted after it was already announced that starting running back Josh Jacobs would not be traveling with the team due to illness.
Renfrow took multiple blows to the head during the Raiders’ 29-23 loss to the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday, resulting in a concussion. His absence will be a major loss for the Raiders given the 103 passes he made last season. Renfrow has since remained in concussion protocol.
Perryman remains unavailable since injuring his ankle in the Raiders’ season opener – a 19-24 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Last season, Perryman made a total of 154 tackles.
All-Pro Davante Adams could be moved inside to replace Renfrow, while backup Keenan Cole could serve as an alternative option. Perryman’s replacement could be either Divine Deablo or Jayon Brown, both of whom were starting linebackers during the Raiders’ last game.
The Raiders currently sit at the bottom of the AFC West standings.
