Paul Pogba’s days with Manchester United might be numbered. The French midfielder recently indicated that he is considering a change of scenery and is looking for “a new challenge.”

“Like you said, there is a lot of talking and a lot of thinking as well,” – Pogba told reporters during a promotional tour in Tokyo. “For me I have been for three years in Manchester and have been doing great; some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else.”

“After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well… I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else. I am thinking of this: to have a new challenge somewhere else.” – he added.

Pogba has been linked with several teams in the past months, but his preferable destinations would reportedly be Real Madrid or Juventus. Still, the 26-year-old World Cup winner could find it tough to leave Premier League.

According to ESPN, Manchester United does not intend to sell Paul Pogba this summer as they are trying to bounce back after a disappointing season. They also have Pogba under contract until 2021 and also hold a team option for another year.

Although Man Utd played poorly in 2018/19, Pogba had one of his statistically better seasons. He scored 13 goals and provided nine assists in the national competition, while also scoring twice in the UEFA Champions League.
