As the transfers of the summer continue, some players are advancing their stay in their current teams. That’s why it’s no surprise that striker Marcus Rashford will be staying in his team Manchester United. The British Premier League team signed 21-year-old Rashford for around $250,000 a week.

The young player signed a five-year contract that will last until June 2023 and has a clause for an extra year as an extension. Rashford joined Manchester United when he was just 7 years old and he first entered the senior team when he was 18 back in 2016.

The manager of the Reds, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that Rashford was one of the most talented English players of his generation and that he was “a shining example of the club’s academy talent.”

Rashford said that Manchester was everything in his life since he got there when he was seven and that he will give everything he has to help the club get back where it belongs. So far, he has appeared in 170 matches for the British club, scoring 13 goals over the last season.
