Despite still being out with an ACL tear, star wideout Odell Beckham Jr. remains a hot topic among NFL teams. There are multiple teams who would like to get Beckham on board if he recovers in time for the playoffs, with the Los Angeles Rams being considered the favorites.

Still, it appears that Beckham, who helped the Rams to a Super Bowl last season, isn’t that convinced he’ll get back to LA. In a recent Twitter post, the 29-year-old player said he would like to play with the franchise again but was disappointed with a contract offer they presented him.

However, when asked about Beckham’s comments on Wednesday, the Rams’ head coach Sean McVay said the franchise hasn’t given up on him. He also added that he expects the team to make him another contract offer at some point.

“I love Odell. We have constant dialogue. I think he also knows that certainly I don’t think that’s the last (offer) that will come from us,” McVay. said. “I’m not familiar with exactly what it is, he knows how we feel about him. We’ve got a little bit of time.”

After being granted release by the Cleveland Browns midway through last season, Odell Beckham Jr. signed with the Rams until the end of the 2022 campaign. He proved to be a crucial component for the team’s road to Super Bowl, making 21 catches for 288 yards and two touchdowns in the postseason alone.

Unfortunately, Beckham suffered an ACL tear in the second quarter of the Super Bowl and was forced to undergo surgery. According to reports, the three-time Pro Bowler is planning to return to action in the second part of November.
