The summer is the season for acquiring new players, but also for officially presenting the already signed ones. The legendary Spanish club Real Madrid held an official presentation for their latest reinforcement – the young player Eder Militao whom they acquired earlier this season from Porto, signing a six-year contract for a fee of around $56 million.

Even though his signing was announced some time ago the club had to wait since Militao had commitments regarding the Copa America. The 21-year-old player was presented at the famous Estadio Santiago Bernaeu.

Militao said that he was very happy to play for the best club in the world, that he was able to play there because of the help of his family and added that he wanted to thank the president of the club for his confidence in him. Also, he added that the fans of Real Madrid can be assured that he will put his heart on the pitch to make history with the Club.

But, at the end of the press conference a small incident occurred, the Brazilian defender complained of feeling dizzy and had to walk out of the press room after he almost fainted. We hope it’s just the excitement!
