It was rumored for quite some time that Romelu Lukaku was planning to leave the British Premier League team Manchester United. This week these rumors were confirmed by the striker’s agent who has said that the Italian team Inter Milan has shown great interest and is trying to score a deal with Lukaku.

After meeting the Inter chiefs in Milan, the agent, Federico Pastorello, told the media that getting a deal for Lukaku with Inter would be “a dream”, albeit a difficult one to make true. “Nothing is impossible,” he added, reminding that the player has publicly expressed his plans and desires, so now the only thing to do is wait and see what happens.

It was reported that the 28-year-old striker has already agreed to his personal terms with Inter. If the deal materializes, the team will pay Lukaku around 228,000 dollars a week. The next move is agreeing upon the terms of leaving with United, as the club will not sell the player for a price lower than what they paid for him in 2017.

Lukaku has admitted that he wants to work together with Antonio Conte, saying that for him Conte is the best coach in the world.
