Scott McTominay Extends Manchester United Deal through 2025

Manchester United midfielder and Scotland international Scott McTominay has signed a new contract with Manchester United which will keep him at the club during 2025, the club announced this week.

McTominay, who is only 23 years old, has become a fixture for the Red Devils since making his debut with the senior team back in 2017 under former coach Jose Mourinho.

The central midfielder has taken a big step forward this season with Man U, establishing himself as the team’s primary option at the position. He has made 21 Premier League starts for the Red Devils this season, scoring four goals and notching one assist.

McTominay expressed happiness at his new deal at the club whose academy he graduated from, saying, “All I have ever known is United and I hope my passion for the club shows every time I go on the pitch. I’ll continue to give everything for this club whenever I pull on the shirt.”

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also expressed his approval of the deal, praising the young midfielder by describing the fact that “He brings determination, tenacity and skill to the game and we know Scott’s attributes will be a major asset to the squad over the coming years.”

McTominay will play his first game with his shiny new contract on Wednesday night as Manchester United hosts Sheffield United.
