The 2023 NBA free agency is in full swing, with most high-profile free agents already finding their new homes. Let’s check out some of the biggest deals that were reported so far.

Kyrie Irving Re-Signs With the Mavs

Star guard Kyrie Irving won’t be a short-term rental for the Dallas Mavericks after all. Irving, who arrived in Dallas in a trade from the Brooklyn Nets in February, decided to return to the Mavs by signing a three-year, $126 million contract.

Draymond Green Staying With the Warriors

Despite receiving interest from multiple teams, including the Sacramento Kings, forward Draymond Green decided to stay with the Golden State Warriors. Green inked a four-year, $100 million contract that includes a player option for the final season.

Rockets Sign Fred VanVleet and Dillon Brooks

The Houston Rockets made the biggest splash of the 2023 free agency by signing guards Fred VanVleet and Dillon Brooks. VanVleet, who has one All-Star appearance to his name, received a three-year, $130 million contract. Brooks, NBA All-Defensive Second Team selection this season, got a four-year, $80 million deal.

Russell Westbrook Takes a Discount to Continue Playing for the Clippers

Former NBA MVP Russell Westbrook took a significant discount to continue playing for the LA Clippers. Westbrook, who joined the Clippers at the end of the 2022-23 season after being released by the Utah Jazz, inked a two-year, $8 million deal with his hometown team.

Jerami Grant Gets $160 Million From the Blazers
