There has been talk for quite some time that Tom Brady needs knee surgery. It’s a testament to his greatness and willpower to win that he opted to play in the playoffs regardless and not address any possible surgery needs.

However, once the season was officially over, there was a lot of confusion over when he was actually going to be getting the procedure done. There was a statement made that Brady would be ready to play in June, but no one knew what that meant. Heck, it could’ve meant that he was going to get the surgery in April.

However, Brady shocked everyone earlier this week when he announced that he had already gotten the surgery without anyone knowing. In an interview with actor and talk show host James Corden on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Brady revealed: “I actually had knee surgery, so I’m kind of rehabbing now, which is giving me something to do, although I’d much rather be kind of staying active like I normally do.”

This was news to many, especially because Brady is one of the most talked-about NFL players to ever play the game. However, apparently this surgery was only a “minor” one.
