It appears that Tanguy Ndombele could still have a future with Tottenham. According to PA news agency’s sources, the Premier League side told interested clubs that they are not looking to sell the player.

Sky Sports recently reported that Inter Milan is interested in Ndombele, and would like to bring the French midfielder to Italy. But Seria A failed to get the negotiations off the ground, as Tottenham holds a firm stance that he isn’t for sale.

Ndombele’s future in London looked bleak in recent months, as the player grew unhappy with the way he has been treated by manager Jose Mourinho. At one point, the 23-year-old player said that he won’t play under Portuguese anymore.

Still, it appears that neither Tottenham nor Mourinho are willing to give up on a player that became the club’s most expensive signing when he joined from Lyon for $73 million last summer.

“Every player is part of my plans,” recently said Mourinho when asked about Ndombele. “Everyone. I don’t give up on players, no player has a privilege, all the same. No problem at all. Every player is part of my plans.”

Prior to his arrival to England, Ndombele made 34 appearances with Amiens and 96 with Lyon. He also played six games with France national team.
